We currently contract our support staff and substitute teachers through EduStaff.  Food Service staff are contracted through Chartwells.  Bus Drivers are contracted through First Student.

If you are interested in a teaching, secretarial, administrative or paraprofessional position, please note that Troy Schools is a member of the Oakland Human Resources Consortium (OHRC), along with 23 other Oakland County Districts. If you are interested in applying for employment, you must complete the online application via the OHRC link provided below. Once you apply for a vacant position by submitting your online application, it will be available for immediate review by our administrative staff.

Before beginning the application process, please be prepared to upload the required supporting documents. An application is not considered complete until your resume, transcripts, certificates, letters of recommendation, and student teacher evaluations (if applicable and recent) have been received.

If you submitted an online application on our web site via Applicant Central, you will need to complete another application through the OHRC to be considered for future vacancies. However, if you have previously submitted an application to any OHRC district or any other district using the Aspex (formerly Applitrack) software, you will be able to recall previous applications and uploaded documents on file with the Aspex system. This option will be presented automatically once you begin your new application.

Please do not mail or bring copies of your application materials to the district or any school office. The district does not retain paper documents and unsolicited materials will not be accepted.
